An exciting opportunity for an Internal Technical Sales Advisor has become available at MDH Wireless Technologies, a leading design and manufacturer of fixed location workplace wireless alarm systems in the UK. Part of the established trade name of Custom Design Technologies Ltd, we are proud to be a successful design and manufacturing business operating for over 30 years.
This is a brand-new role to support growth in the team, the Internal Sales Advisor will be responsible for maintaining relationships and providing quotations to our large customer base. You will also be responsible for internal technical support for the customers, talking our customers through setting up their systems and fault finding.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires someone with drive and enthusiasm who ideally has current or previous technical sales experience.
The Role:
- Dealing with new enquiries into the business, providing quotations and booking appointments for the Sales Manager
- Supporting the Sales Manager in maintaining relationships with customers
- Dealing with technical support and general enquiries for existing customers
- Keeping the company CRM database up to date
The Person:
- Experience in technical support and telephone sales
- Strong organisation and time management
- Conscientious and methodical
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft office. Previous experience with a CRM database is preferred.
- UK Driving Licence.
What we offer:
- A salary of between £24,000 to £28,000 per annum dependant on skill set and experience.
- 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm based in Brackley.

- Potential to develop into external sales
